چکیده مقاله
Cotton is an important economic crop worldwide. Last decades, global climate change has caused an increase in various abiotic stresses. Abiotic stresses lead to deterioration of the natural condition of the soil and affect the growth and development of plants. This resulted in a decrease in cotton yield. The application of various bio-preparations on cotton production increases resistance to abiotic stress. In our research, we studied cotton varieties Porloq-4 and Ravnaq-1 (G. hirsutum L.) under salt stress using the bio-preparation Rizakom-1 based on plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) and to identify gene expressions of antioxidant systems (SOD, APX, CAT, POD, GPX and GR) involved in biochemical processes. Porloq-4 and Ravnaq-1 cotton seeds were treated with the biological preparation Rizakom-1 and grown under various stress conditions (50, 100, 150 mM of NaCl). In the control variant, the biological preparation was not introduced to these varieties. In the experiment variant, compared to the control, early emerging, tillering, flowering and ripening were observed. In addition, the amount of yield elements was higher. In the experiment, it was established that gene expression (SOD , APX, CAT, POD, GPX and GR) was higher in samples treated with the bio-preparation Rizakom-1 compared to the control. Under abiotic stress conditions, PGPR-based biopreparation increases cotton resistance by increasing the expression of genes important for stress tolerance.
